In Summer 2025, Cabot House Furniture partnered with Eichholtz, a leading European design manufacturer renowned for its branded collections of luxury furniture, lighting and home accessories. Iconic Eichholtz light fixtures were to be featured in Cabot House showrooms to kick off a Fall promotional launch of the new brand partner, alongside Adriana Hoyos branded furnishings.

The owners of Cabot House Furniture entrusted Sanborn Electric to install more than 150 high-end Eichholtz chandeliers and sconces throughout 6 Cabot Furniture Design Gallery Showrooms in preparation for a time-sensitive launch of key lighting and furniture brands.
- Install more than 150 high-end chandeliers and sconces throughout 6 stores to prepare each Design Gallery Showroom for a scheduled Fall launch of major furniture brands.
- Safely and efficiently perform work during off-hours while stores were closed to the public.
- Work meticulously, with no impact to the high-end furniture displays on each showroom floor.

Sanborn teams coordinated with store managers at each Cabot Furniture Showroom & Design Gallery location to perform overhead and vertical lighting installations when the design galleries were closed to the public.
Result: All 150 light fixture installations were completed efficiently and without impact to furniture displays. This enabled each Cabot Furniture location to launch their Fall Collections on schedule, and supported the brand’s image as a sought-after high-end furniture resource.
