Sanborn Solution

We began by installing a new 480V 1200A power distribution panelboard and 250-foot feeder run while the sand blasting machine was being assembled. Next, we wired all motors, sensors, valves and control panels necessary to streamline operation of the massive, specialized equipment.

Result:
All services were completed efficiently and accurately, on schedule and on budget. Additionally, Blastec, the blasting equipment manufacturer, was so impressed with our team’s services that they contracted Sanborn Electric for another manufacturer client, Carry On Trailer, in Montross Virginia. Our team drove to Virgina to completely re-wire a similar machine for that manufacturer during a scheduled one-week holiday shutdown.
